divan: 1234 h / 1334 h – 1818 G / 1915 G.These divans took
charge of rulew affairs and regulations.

Katkhuda
divan: 1234 h / 1270 h – 1818 G / 1853 G. This divan was named after the
deputy vali known as Al-Katkhuda who was in charge of the capital's affairs.

special council: 1256 h / 1295 h – 1848 G / 1878 G.
It was established to
review the general government affairs and work out / important rule, regulations
and decisions.

TheSuttan's cabenet: 1914 G / 1924 G.

The
Royal court council: 1922 G / 1952 G. This collection belongs
to the royal family and it includes marriage contracts and the troubles faced by
the princes Ahmed seif El-din case.

archives ( are microfilmed and available for sight through an index prepared for
this purpose).

The
cabinet archives: The National Archives
that came to the National Archives in successive periods. The first of these
collections dates back to the period extending from 1748 G. to 1923 G . the
second one dates back to the period extending from 1923 and the third one extens
up to the 90 ( s ) of the 20th. century.

Suez canal archives: 1866 G / 1923 G They include passage
revenue, canal extension data, the lands shaved by the government and the
canal's company and archives belonging to Ferdinand De liesseps.

consultative council, legislative council and general assembly, legislative
assembly, house of deputies and senate.

Sudan: 1873 G / 1923 G. The sudan provinces

tribes and beduins – The Mahdi Rebllion – red sea provinces.
As well this collection
include archives of: Nationality – consulates – internatiomal treaties –
international conferences – archives belonging to: USA, Britain, Greece,
Italy, Holland, Austria, Hungary, France, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Portugal…etc. |

peruse the first ans second collections through indexes, while there are
conditions for persusal of the third collection.

Foreign
office archives: This collection of
archives belong to the foreign office and it includes that date back to the 60 (
S ) of the 20th century. There are conditions for perusal of the F. o . should
be got first while microfilming any of them is prohibitted. |
