Generally speaking, NL's RCs are responsible for the application of scientific methodology in conducting research and studies in each domain of specialization. They should improve the quality of performance on the job by widening the experiences, or any other specialized technical qualifications of the employees working in the field through training. This is of prime value to the activities launched by the National Library and Archives of Egypt. These RCs include :
